Dei®Sinter Pigment preparations

We provide high-quality, pigment-based color concentrates for the pressing and sintering process for the manufacturing of plastic half-finished products. These dyes are characterised by a very good dispersion and are adjusted according to the customers’ requirements. Technical requirements with regards to color fastness, temperature resistance and the required regulations such as REACH, Food Contact, and so on, are implemented as needed.

Dei®Roto Pigment preparations

Through the development of special laboratory methods which allow for the authentic simulation of the sintering process during in-house dyeing in rotation processes, Deifel was able to optimise the preparation of customer-specific color settings and outgoing goods inspections. The advantage of using our Dei@Roto pigment preparations in comparison to ready-made compounds is their lower storage costs and the cost-efficient dyeing.

Dei®Resin Dyes for synthetic resins

Our color concentrates for use with synthetic resins are available for AP, UP, MMA, and PUR in all RAL shades. These pigment mixtures are highly-concentrated and thus allow for cost-effective coloring with easy handling. The range, aligned with the RAL color scale, includes almost all RAL shades and, for the most part, is suitable for dyeing EP, UP, MMA and PUR. Areas of application: The dyes are suitable for all common uses of these resins, such as floor coatings, the manufacturing of laminate flooring, coatings, molded parts and polymer concrete. This color range is deliberately made up of pure pigment mixtures which don’t contain any binding agents, as they can often be detrimental, and can therefore be adjusted to be highly color-intensive. Our synthetic resin dyes are highly concentrated dry mixtures with an optimal pigment balance and thus allow for cost-effective coloring with easy handling.
